Legal - Online Shop Returns

If you have received a Kenwood product that you would like to return, please complete the form below. Please note this is only applicable to products purchased from our online shop.

In case of a faulty item you have up to 21 days from the shipping date to notify us. If your return is due to a change of mind, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to complete and submit the form below.
