Being summer I thought that an Exotic Fruit Cocktail would be an appropriate recipe for this month, great summer drink for those hot summer days. Kenwood A994 - Glass Liquidiser

• Suitable for all Chef and Major models
• Ideal for milkshakes, soups, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, nuts and ice etc...

• 1.2 litre capacity

Feature Recipe

Exotic Fruit Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1/2 ripe mango, peeled
• 1/2 papaya, peeled
• 300ml natural yogurt
• 30ml (2 tbsp) clear honey
• 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon Juice

Method:

1. Remove the stone from the mango and seeds from the papaya, if still present.
2. Place the fruits, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in the liquidiser.
3. Blend on high speed until thick and smooth.
4. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Serves: 2

Freezing: Not recomended
