Feature Recipes

White Hot Chocolate

This gourmet drink is a slightly sweeter than the traditional dark chocolate variety. Sprinkle a little lime zest over the top for an unusual citrus twist.

Ingredients:

• 200g finely chopped quality white chocolate
• 700ml milk
• 200ml single cream
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• grated lime zest, to decorate

Method:

1. Pour the milk & cream in the goblet, add the rest of the ingredients press "Heat & Mix"
2. At the end of the cycle press "Frothy Mix" and serve in individual mugs. Sprinkle with grated lime zest, if you wish.

Chilli Chocolate

Not for the faint hearted, this "double hot" chocolate is guaranteed to warm you up . . . inside and out.

Ingredients:

• 200g finely chopped quality milk chocolate
• 850ml milk
• ½ tsp (or as much as you dare) ground cayenne pepper

Method:

1. Pour the ingredients in the goblet and press "Heat & Mix"
2. Once the machine has shut off, press "Frothy Mix" and dispense into 4 mugs.

Preparation Time: 5 min (both recipes)

Cooking Time: 5 minutes (both recipes)

Serves: 4 (both recipes)

Freezing: Definitely Not (both recipes)
