Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Serves: 4 people

This soup does not have cream or milk – just pure vegetable goodness. Use blue cheese to top the soup or place in bowl and pour hot soup over the cheese and let it melt. Add the fresh chervil – if desired. Yum!
